Returns & Exchanges
At NSA-Sportswear, we are committed to delivering high-quality sportswear that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns for final sale items, gift cards, or personalized/customized products.
How to Initiate a Return
Submit a Return Request – Email our support team at Info@nsa-sportswear.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Receive a Return Authorization – Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.
Ship the Item Back – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Processing Your Return – Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please request an exchange by contacting Info@nsa-sportswear.com.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We will ship the new item once the original return is received and inspected.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
