Proud native of West Palm Beach, Florida, is a U.S. Army veteran who attended the University of Hawaii. With a lifelong passion for sports, Tommy honed his expertise in marketing, sales, business, and intellectual property, paving the way for a successful career in the sports apparel industry.

In 2005, driven by the desire to create something unique in sports apparel, Tommy founded the National Sportsfan Association (NSA Sports). His vision was to develop powerful slogans and graphics that capture the spirit of sports enthusiasts, teams, and athletes alike. Through his innovative designs, he has successfully brought sports passion to life, creating apparel that resonates with the entire sports community.

Under his leadership, NSA Sports has built an extensive collection of slogans and graphics across various sports, embodying the energy, competition, and camaraderie that define the sports world. The company's motto, "Your Team, Your Sport—Fully Illustrated!", reflects Tommy’s dedication to delivering meaningful and dynamic sports apparel.

Today, NSA Sports is a fully family-operated business, with Tommy’s daughter, Sara Gaskin, serving as Chief Operations Officer. Together, they continue to elevate sports fashion, blending creativity, passion, and innovation in every design.

With over five years of hands-on experience at NSA Sportswear, I’ve had the privilege of growing within a company that holds deep personal significance. For the past two years, I’ve proudly served as Chief of Operations, steering the vision that was first brought to life by my father—a vision born from resilience, heart, and an unshakable dream.

NSA Sportswear was founded after my father faced the harsh reality of homelessness. With nothing but determination and a desire to rise, he created a brand that represents strength, self-belief, and the power of perseverance. Today, I carry that legacy forward with passion and purpose, ensuring that every product, partnership, and decision reflects our core values: grit, community, and excellence.

My role goes beyond operations—I’m deeply committed to expanding our impact, empowering others through fashion, and making sure our story continues to inspire. At NSA Sportswear, we’re not just building a brand. We’re building a movement.
